Your body isn't a problem to manage. It's a system worth understanding.
For most of my life, I had almost no real understanding of my own body. Sure, I knew the basics. I knew I had a cycle. I knew roughly when to expect my period.
What I didn't know was that my energy, my focus, my patience, my creativity — all of it moved in a pattern too. A predictable one. And that if I'd understood that pattern earlier, I could have made better choices. About my work, relationships, health and myself.
I found out in my thirties. Which felt late. Not because I hadn't looked, but because everything I found was either clinical and dry, or cheerful and shallow. I found that most apps tracked dates and talked down to me, using flower emojis instead of data and insights.
Rhythms is what I wished I'd had in my twenties. It's built on real science and your actual cycle length, meeting you where you are, not where the ‘average’ woman is.
I built Rhythms because I wanted something that took the science and the individual seriously and gave women the tools they need to turn their cycle into their super power.
This isn't about optimising yourself into the ground. Your body isn't a problem to manage. It's a system worth understanding.
