How We Protect You

Encrypted everywhere
Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest (i.e. your data is protected when it travels to us and stays protected while we store it), and your password is unreadable to everyone, including us.

Only you. Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and only accessible through your authenticated account.

Only if you turn them on. AI Cycle Reflections are off by default, and we never send your data to our AI provider without your explicit opt-in. When you opt in, your recent journal entries, energy logs, and cycle data are sent to Anthropic to generate that writing for you. It is never used for advertising or to train their models, and you can opt out anytime in Profile > AI settings.

All your personal data, including cycle dates, energy logs, period history, and account details, is permanently deleted within 30 days. Anonymised, aggregate data that can never be linked back to you may be retained to help us understand trends and improve Rhythms.

No. We don't sell user data. Your information is not shared with advertisers, data brokers, or any third party for commercial purposes.

Your email address, cycle dates, period length, cycle length, age group, energy logs, and basic usage data like which features you use.
